What the role is
What you will be working on
- Drive finance blueprint transformation initiatives
- Enhance analytics and engagement of SAVER-Premium Fund members and financial governance of the members accounts
- Oversee the administration and operations of members fund plan and financial governance
- Lead and implement engagement activities with members
- Formulate and propose the necessary policies and solutions to address the risks and effective retirement solutions
Challenge(s)
- Having a good understanding, or minimally an interest to learn, of pension funds similar to SAVER-Premium Fund
- Developing effective retirement solutions for diverse member groups
- Translating the insights into effective policy formulation and strategic members’ engagement
- Articulating (both verbally and in writing) the proposals and the arguments to the Board of Trustees for approval
What we are looking for
- Education in Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in policy formulation or strategic planning
- Operations experience is advantageous
- Understanding of investment and funds or willingness to learn
- Strong strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
