We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive (Business Partnering), HR and Organisation Development Division. In this role, you will assist the HR Business Partners in the various areas of HR matters such as talent attraction, talent management, postings/secondment and any other work responsibilities as assigned.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage the recruitment function including scheduling of interviews, request for documents and raising of service requests to the Ministry’s shared service partners.
• Monitor and update staff movements to ensure timely follow-up actions.
• Monitor and process confirmation of officers under contract/probation.
• Handle all processes relating to exit management such as resignation, contract expiry and retirement.
• Assist in benefits administration, including leave and medical entitlements.
• Maintain internal databases and tracking lists.
• Management of officers’ personal files.
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a support role. Prior experience in public agencies and familiar with Government Instruction Manuals and HR IT systems will be advantageous.
• Good communication (written and spoken) skills and IT-savvy
• Mature with good interpersonal skills
• Resilient, resourceful, meticulous, organized and independent
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
