What the role is
What you will be working on
General scope of duties include but not limited to the following: -
- attending to general enquiries over the Board’s counter
- draft correspondence, meeting minutes, disciplinary hearing transcripts and notes of meeting
- provide support for Board meeting
- provide support in digitalization process
- handle enquiries from registered architects and members of the public
- handle registration of architects from various section of the Architects Act
- handle registration and renewal of company license
- update and maintain the database system, file listing, stamp usage
- in charge of Professional Practice Examination and all related activities
- in charge of incoming and outgoing mails/courier
- in charge of registration of architects
- in charge of renewal of practising certificates
- handle all other ad-hoc duties assigned
What we are looking for
The job might be for you if you possess the following: -
- At least a diploma with good knowledge of Microsoft program.
- Must have the ability to write well in English language.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant experience in related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Good team player that takes the initiative with tasks
- Work well under pressure and able to adhere to tight deadlines.
