What you will be working on
You will support Team Lead, Planning and Capability Development to execute Active Health's planning and budgeting cycles, milestone projects, and collaborations with industry and healthcare partners locally and overseas. You will support capability development initiatives including the upskilling of industry/community multipliers, analyse data and research insights to inform strategy recommendations, and manage stakeholder relations to strengthen Active Health's footprint through sport and exercise science integration in community spaces to promote positive behavioural change.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Strategic Implementation & Operations
• Lead Active Health's strategic planning processes and develop business strategies based on strengths and gaps analysis within Singapore's health ecosystem and prevailing environment, in service of SportSG Vision 2030 and Active Health’s strategy.
• Provide quarterly and annual KPI updates to senior management and stakeholders whilst managing budget visibility and resource allocation.
• Establish operational processes with internal teams to track impact and measure success.
2. Stakeholder Management & Programme Execution
• Develop/maintain partnerships with stakeholders and industry players to enable evidence-based health and wellness journeys for citizens.
• Execute Active Health footprint expansion through sport and exercise science integration e.g., Health Districts and Sports-in-Precinct spaces.
• Drive cross-functional project delivery and manage day-to-day stakeholder engagement activities.
3. Capability Development & Innovation Support
• Drive capability development initiatives for external and internal stakeholders to advance sport, health and wellness outcomes.
• Develop long-term capabilities for Active Health through digital innovation projects and technology integration.
• Lead upskilling programmes for industry/community multipliers and operational scaling efforts.
4. Data Analysis & Research Support
• Analyse data sources and monitor latest research to support strategic recommendations and operational improvements.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights presentations for various stakeholder groups.
• Support programme evaluation activities and outcome tracking for Active Health initiatives.
What we are looking for
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
• At least 8 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas, e.g. Sport Science Management, Business Management, Humanities and Social Sciences, Project Management, Stakeholder Management
• Strong familiarity with strategic planning and budgeting cycles
• Knowledge and experience in project management and programme evaluation
• Knowledge and experience in statistical analysis (e.g. R software) and data visualisation (e.g. Tableau) is advantageous
• Critical thinking skills and analytical ability to exercise independent judgement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact professional with diverse group of both management and operations staff
• Comfortable with handling numbers and dashboards for reporting with a keen eye for details
Pro-active self-starter with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and partners
• Good stakeholder engagement and management skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a fixed term contract.
