Foreign Manpower Management Division (FMMD)’s key missions are to maintain a high level of compliance to the work pass framework, and to protect migrant workers’ (MWs) and migrant domestic workers’ (MDWs) basic interests. Attaining the twin mission creates an environment which supports the employment of foreigners.
