What the role is
What you will be working on
• Prepare document required for event proposals and project plan development
• Support the preparation of event communication plans
• Support the coordination of project outcomes in accordance to project plans
• Prepare project progress reports
• Provide support in troubleshooting any deviations in the project plans
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support project delivery
• Compile post-even feedback from events and stakeholders
• Compile information on industry best practices
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

The Public Sector Science and Technology Policy and Plans Office (S&TPPO) is a department under the Prime Minister’s Office and serves as the functional leader for the Science, Technology and Engineering (STE) domain in public sector. We collaborate with other centre-of-government agencies to identify, resource and review key STE capabilities, and leverage STE as an enabler to transform operations to deliver more cost-effective and cost-efficient outcomes, thereby building a future-ready and more sustainable Singapore. S&TPPO also aims to develop and implement HR strategies and levers to strengthen capability development and career value proposition of STE professionals in the Singapore Public Service.
