What the role is
What you will be working on
• Team up with in-house subject matter experts to design and develop interactive e-learning courseware on a range of life skills topics as part of the build process.
• Develop various media (animations, games, simulations and other instructional technologies) for online and blended learning activities.
• Utilise educational technology to create instructional digital materials (teaching slides, videos) and curate an immersive and engaging learner experience for students on the Learning Management System, Brightspace.
• Assist in the review and enhancement of existing e-learning content, providing pedagogical guidance for improved learner experience.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for
• Proficient in using relevant e-Authoring tools and graphic design tools, such as (but not limited to) Articulate Rise 360, Storyline 360, Canva, Adobe etc.
• Knowledge, curiosity or keen interest in Generative AI and VR/AR for teaching and learning would be an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of online learning tools, media and Learning Management Systems.
• Experience in video-editing would be advantageous.
• Possesses good project management skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.
• A motivated, self-starter and team player who is resourceful, meticulous and independent.
