What the role is
What you will be working on
Provide academic support to Course Management Teams.
Provide support and advice to Schools for academic-related matters, covering both Pre-Employment and Continuing Education Programmes.
Review and monitor regulations, policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to academic matters.
Plan and administer semestral examination and ensure timely and accurate assessment results processing.
Maintain proper record keeping arising from academic processes and assessment results of students.
Provide secretariat support for academic committees such as Assessment Syndicate, Senate and Assessment Board.
Co-ordinate meetings and projects related to academic matters and lead/participate in such project teams to drive academic quality improvement.
Any other projects and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
What we are looking for
Relevant qualifications in a related field
Minimum of 2 years administrative support experience. Experience working in an educational setting is desired.
Proficient in MS Office.
Skills / knowledge / experience required and/or preferred
Proven admin experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
Proactive, has an eye for details and has good problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
