What the role is
What you will be working on
- Design and deliver impactful learning solutions for public officers in international relations
- Track emerging trends, translating insights into learning opportunities for the Public Service
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including the Public Service Division, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and international relations units in government agencies
- Create engaging learning content including case studies, think-pieces, and training materials
- Undertake facilitation/moderation/note-taking, where necessary
What we are looking for
- Interest in international relations, policy, learning and development
- Degree in relevant fields like International Relations, Political Science, Policy, Communications or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years of experience in international relations or policy-related work – whether in government, private sector research, consultancies, or think tanks
- Good analytical, writing and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships, engage and negotiate with diverse stakeholders

The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister’s Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service.
