What the role is

The Manpower Department (MPD) is the staff authority for Human Resource (HR)-related matters within SPF. The mission of Manpower Department is to recruit, retain and develop the right people. Working with the HR Management Team, you will support key human resource initiatives across the organisation. You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.

What you will be working on

Your responsibilities include: • Conduct analysis of talent and HR data e.g. 360-degree leadership feedback data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for talent / leadership development interventions. • Lead the development and implementation of talent / leadership development frameworks and programmes, including initiatives such as leadership mentoring, assessment tools, engagement strategies and feedback mechanisms. • Plan and conduct staff engagement sessions on talent / career development initiatives – this includes designing engagement sessions to achieve intended objectives. • Support SPF-wide deliberations with senior leaders on career development and succession planning matters, through data preparation and analysis. • Drive use of technology and digitalisation tools (e.g. automation, visualisation tools) to enhance HR management. • Evaluate and enhance existing digital solutions to streamline processes, elevate employee experience and improve efficiency. • Contribute to policy reviews and process improvements by analysing current practices, identifying enhancement opportunities, and proposing solutions aligned with organisational objectives

What we are looking for

We are looking for proactive and dynamic individuals to join our HR Team. The role involves performing various HR functions across multiple domains, including workforce planning, talent management, leadership and career development, HR technology and analytics. REQUIREMENTS • Field of study and/or work experience (preferably HR related). • Strong analytical thinking, communication, presentation and writing skills. • A results-driven approach with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines. • Comfort working in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently whilst being a good team player with strong interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
