[LTA-AM] ASSISTANT MANAGER, ACTIVE MOBILITY (PROMOTION & ENGAGEMENT)
What the role is
What you will be working on
The Active Mobility Group develops plans, promotes and regulates the use of active mobility to realise LTA’s Walk-Cycle-Ride vision. You will join a team that values collaboration, creativity and care to make active mobility travel safe and inclusive.
We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our Promotion and Engagement team. You will help shape public mindset and encourage safe and gracious use of active mobility modes which include walking, cycling and riding personal mobility devices as every day commuting and lifestyle choices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, interacting with people, and believes in sustainable commuting modes.
What you will do:
Develop communication strategies and messages to support public education, awareness building and behavioural change
Conceptualise and deliver publicity campaigns and outreach programmes targeting different public segments (e.g. active mobility users, students, seniors)
Oversee content planning and development across digital and on-ground platforms, including videos, posters, social media and collaterals
Engage public in public-facing settings, including community events, roadshows and stakeholder dialogues
Partner with collaborators (e.g. content creators, community groups, schools) to amplify reach and impact
Track and evaluate campaign and programme effectiveness using KPIs and ROI metrics, and propose improvements
Respond to public feedback on active mobility issues in a timely, empathetic manner
What we are looking for
Knowledge communication strategies and campaigns and outreach programmes
Strong writing and visual storytelling abilities, with good understanding of digital and offline outreach channels
Excellent planning and project management skills; able to multi-task and follow through
Creative problem solver with sharp attention to detail
Comfortable engaging a range of stakeholders, from internal departments to grassroots volunteers and members of the public
Prior experience in communications and outreach would be an advantage
Passion in active mobility or behavioural change is welcome
