What the role is

As part of the Ministry’s communications and engagement efforts, you will be in a dynamic team that drives a culture of service excellence and effectively communicates policies and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

What you will be working on

• Triage and respond to queries, feedback and appeals according to service standards • Analyse and prepare service management reports • Manage service knowledge management audits • Lead Parliament coordination matters within the Ministry • Lead service excellence-related projects

What we are looking for

• Excellent written and communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language will have an added advantage • IT proficient and able to learn and use new digital tools and systems • Customer service-oriented, self-motivated and a good team player • Strong interpersonal skills • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Keen interest in national and public policy issues
