Preferably degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, design research or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferably 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design work
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro)
Experience in Design System and Government-to-Business Application Development Experience in Singapore Government or Enterprise-Level projects
Track record of successful design system implementation
Understanding of various application development disciplines such as Agile, Product Management (Design and Planning) etc.
Knowledge of Singapore Government DSS
Seek self-directed learning to improve yourself by staying current with UX/UI trends, best practices and technology trends
Willingness to work in-office and build trust as a team player in the existing CES-ITD (IT Division) team
Partner with project managers, digital business analysts, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the CES program to deliver the required UX/UI design deliverables and ensure that the designs are aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
Proven ability and demonstrate strong commitment to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, senior stakeholders and leadership
Good communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively to all stakeholders
Provide guidance to CES team members and stakeholders on design principles and practices
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Ability to handle ambiguity
