What you will be working on

What you will be working on:

The intern will support the institute faculty teams in Learning Science & Systems. The intern will support research and analysis to enhance training programmes. The intern will conduct literature reviews on adult learning and educational psychology, help design and run research studies to evaluate training effectiveness, and develop practical recommendations to improve our training programmes based on research findings.

Work scope include:

  • Conduct scholastic research on adult learning principles, learning science, and psychological factors that influence adult education.
  • Use research methodologies to gather data on learner experiences, learning effectiveness and programme effectiveness to corroborate with research findings.
  • Proposed evidence-based recommendations for programme improvements based on research findings.
  • Create research reports and presentations to share insights with Learning Science department and faculty team.
  • Assist in incorporating research findings into programme design and delivery methods.
  • Support the development of Module Development and Review Process framework and infusing proposed recommendations.

What are we looking for:

  • Interest or experience in Research.  
  • Interest in Learning Psychology and Community Development 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Students in relevant disciplines:  Humanities & Social Sciences,
  • Kindly note that the minimal commitment period is 12 weeks/3 months
