What the role is

You will administer and review funding schemes while ensuring compliance with grant governance regulations, analyze data to support strategic planning and decision-making, monitor compliance through grant administration, and engage stakeholders to establish connections that help synergize resources to meet ground needs.

What you will be working on

    • Develops, administrates and review funding/ schemes for partners and residents.

    • Communicates funding / scheme requirements / compliance to partners effectively

    • Be well organized in upkeeping records / data, budget, funding related administrative and approval matters

    • Analyse and review data through various sources (both internal and external) to identify trends, opportunities and challenges/threats so as to support planning, formulating of strategies and decision-makinng

    • Be well organized in record keeping of related procurement and approval matters

    • Coordinates with Headquarters on arrangements concerning IT, and other matters

    • Builds and maintains relationships with various stakeholders to link up relevant connections, build rapport and provide quick responses to inquiries

    What we are looking for

    • Relevant experience in grant administration, data analysis and working with Grassroots Organisations & Social Service agencies.
    • Possess strategic ability to plan and manage all aspects of work
    • IT-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Meticulous and detailed
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and a good team player
    • Positive attitude
    • Good interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills
    • Able to multi-task and work within very tight timelines
    • Able to work on weekends and late nights
