As a Senior/ Lead Manager, Publication Management in the Curriculum Planning & Development Division 2, you will be part of a team developing print and digital teaching and learning resources. You will be responsible for managing learning resource projects throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Lead end-to-end management of learning resource projects, from pre-project consultation to delivery, including requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, tender preparation, contract administration • Oversee vendor management and ensure deliverables meet quality standards within project timelines • Manage project-related queries from stakeholders and maintain timely and effective communication with all parties involved • Conduct industry research and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and opportunities • Review and optimise work processes to enhance efficiency and resource quality

• Strong project management skills • A team player with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Possess high level of initiative and ability to work under pressure • Familiarity with government procurement guidelines would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
