What the role is

You work closely with MINDEF leadership to drive transformation efforts, develop organisational development initiatives, and support mindset and behavioural changes throughout the organisation.

What you will be working on

- Set direction for MINDEF's transformation efforts - Articulate clear transformation outcomes - Drive actionable solutions for sustained change - Develop organisational development action plans - Improve performance, agility and collaboration - Identify and develop expertise in tools and techniques to support leadership in driving mindset and behavioural changes - Harmonise transformation workstreams Challenge(s) - Managing multiple stakeholders and thrust leads - Harmonising diverse workstreams while maintaining transformation goals - Sustaining long-term transformation momentum - Balancing fast-moving and competing demands - Building cross-agency collaborations - Driving consensus among diverse stakeholders - Working with unstructured and evolving initiatives

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of working experience, preferably in policy, plans, transformation or innovation - Strong writing and presentation abilities - Excellent analytical capabilities - Project management expertise - Strong stakeholder management skills - Quick-thinking and innovative mindset - Comfort with uncertainty and evolving work - Understanding of organisational behaviour - Drive for continuous improvement Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
