The officer assists Development Admin team on the management of in-service sponsorships matters, confirmation and emplacement of officers, courses and appraisal and development plan (ADP). He/She is required to work closely with Home Team Departments (HTD), officers and education institutes to ensure timely and accurate processing of sponsorships, courses and ADPs.

In-service sponsorship 1. Plan and process applications for Sponsorship programmes such as post-graduate, degree and diploma programme for MHA officers. 2. Management of sponsored officers (prepare and administer sponsorship agreements; disbursement of book allowance, processing of sponsorship related claims, prepare necessary documentation for approved withdrawal/ extension of sponsorship/ maintain database, etc). 3. Certification of invoices for school fees and monitoring of sponsorship budget. 4. Maintain sponsorship database to enable proper tracking and follow ups at various milestones Confirmation and Emplacement 1. Process confirmation and emplacement of officers 2. Raise Service Requests for payment of increment for eligible officers Key Challenges 1. Meeting the expectations on service standards from management, business partners and workforce. 2. Job Requirements: 1. Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines 2. Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills 3. Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out your responsibilities with minimal supervision 4. Prior knowledge in sponsorship administration, course administration and/or staff appraisal administration would be an advantage 5.
