What the role is

• Individual who wish to impart knowledge and skills in the area of F&B operations (i.e. customer service, beverage service, production management, IT transformation etc)
• Individual who wish to inspire, mentor and coach learners not just in academic pursuits but also to prepare learners to make an impactful contribution to the food industry
• Individual who are IT savvy that can impart IT knowledge for application in F&B operations.
• Individual who wish to support the growth and development of the F&B Operations within the F&B industry through training and development

What you will be working on

  • Responsible for F&B operations curriculum development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for full-time and part-time WSQ courses
  • Conduct and participate in curriculum review for continuous enhancement of learning experience in line with the Skills framework.
  • Coach and mentor adult learners in their educational and career aspirations
  • Participate in ad-hoc industry and consultancy projects. 
  • Participate in the delivery of outreach activities to market the school and courses to potential learners
  • Perform administrative and academic duties

    What we are looking for

    • Candidates who can effectively facilitate not just learning but also the development of curriculum
    • Have relevant qualification in culinary arts / F&B operations
    • Have at least 5 years of F&B industry experience running/ managing F&B operations.
    • IT savvy. Experienced in IT implementation (POS, AI utilisation, Website set up etc) for F&B operations.
    • Possession of ACLP or DACE qualification with past training experience in F&B operations is preferred.
    • Passionate about life-long learning
    • Adaptable and resilient with good troubleshooting ability.
