• Write and review requirements specification document for system changes to streamline processes and enhance the department’s operations • Communicate with the stakeholders such as other agencies, technical development team and vendors on requirements and project development progress • Manage the project life cycle ensuring the project milestones and deadlines are completed in a timely manner • Lead the User Acceptance Test (UAT) include reviewing test scenarios and conduct briefing to testers • Project Management, ensuring project stay within scope and budget, reporting of project status and resolutions to your reporting officer • Assess production issues, raise tickets and work with vendors to resolve them. Communicate to stakeholders after issue resolution • Perform secretariat role for project working group such as scheduling of meetings and drafting meeting minutes • Staffing work, including writing policy or standard operating procedures • Support change management functions such as creating training materials for the helpdesk team, developing step-by-step guides, and crafting clear communications for both internal staff and public users of the new system

• Professional qualification in any discipline • Minimum 2 years’ working experience, preferably with background in system project management. Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Good writing skills • Self-driven, adaptable and a good team player • Experience in developing and conducting User Acceptance Testing is preferred. • Knowledge of advance excel is preferred.
