What the role is

You lead a team that focuses on enhancing the Army's supply chain through innovative solutions and establishing policies for Army Logistics Base (ALB) and SAF eMart operations. Additionally, you oversee the ALB management contract for logistics and procurement services.

What you will be working on

- Develop new supply chain systems - Implement innovative technologies - Design operating models - Establish policies for ALB and SAF eMart operations - Manage logistics contracts - Strengthen peacetime efficiency and robustness of the SAF's ground logistics supply chain - Conduct contract governance and perform audit oversight Challenge(s) - Optimising supply chain with limited warehouse space - Operating within tight financial constraints - Developing innovative solutions - Balancing efficiency with readiness - Managing complex contract governance - Ensuring audit compliance

What we are looking for

- Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering or Retail - At least 6 years of relevant experience - Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities - Good Leadership skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
