What the role is
What you will be working on
The intern will support the team with a comprehensive range of recruitment processes, which includes, but is not limited to, internship coordination, career fairs, internal recruitment processes such as filtering resumes based on job requirements, scheduling interviews, coordinating interview processes, collecting and verifying supporting documents, and updating of records.
What we are looking for
Key competencies:
1. [Recruitment & Employer Branding]: To articulate the organisation's unique identity and the job requirements effectively.
2. [Process Management]: To understand how different systems, processes and people interact and influence one another and analyses processes using tools and methodologies (e.g. project management, benchmarking, process mapping, process re-engineering, workflow development), to enhance HR operations and transactions.
3. [Employee Experience]: To create and deliver a seamless and positive service journey experience (for the candidates) in line with the employee value proposition and organisation branding with the aim of positioning MinLaw as the employer of choice.
Other requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate and interact with others effectively, building relationships and fostering collation
- Tech savvy with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
