We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Outreach Specialist. In this position, you will conduct activities and talks for potential students, and represent the polytechnic by establishing connections with key secondary school decision-makers and internal stakeholders. You will also have the opportunities to develop and hone your skills in other areas such as marketing communications and social media.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Identify and develop partnerships with secondary schools to build a long-term relationship.
- Plan and execute outreach activities (e.g. exhibitions, talks, visits, or events) to connect with potential students and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and gather feedback to inform marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and website copy.
- Use communication channels to build relationships and promote the brand.
What we are looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work well under deadlines
- Passion for keeping up with social media trends
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Familiarity/keen interest in data analytics, research methodologies or automation tools would be useful
