What the role is

You will be part of the team that advises on legal, legal policy and statutory matters, including contracts, intellectual property and technology law.

What you will be working on

  • Supporting the Legal unit’s legal matters including vetting contracts
  • Conducting legal research as assigned
  • Supporting internal training efforts on legal matters for NAC colleagues
  • Performing administrative duties and any other tasks as assigned

What we are looking for

  • Be a Qualified Person as set out in the Legal Profession (Qualified Persons) Rules
  • Preferably called to the Singapore Bar
  • Preferably at least 1 year post-qualification experience (PQE) in a legal setting
  • Experience in handling corporate law and / or intellectual property law relating to one or more arts disciplines will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, communication, and research skills
  • Good team player with a positive attitude who can work with minimal supervision
  • Willing to take on administrative tasks and learn new areas of the law
  • Interest in arts, technology, and law preferred
