The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 11-months Full-time contract. What you will be working on

Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement DSMP projects such as Calm Room, Gym-related programme, Staff Training, etc. • Track and collate the progress of disability and inclusive sports programme expansion. • Coordinate DSMP marketing communication requirement with programme/event owners, Branding & Marketing Division, and Ministry comms. • Oversee the-end-to-end grant administration • Coordinate grant proposal development and submission • Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance • Assist with preparation of progress reports, post-grant regulation and reports • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all grants • Update and manage inclusive sport webpage/portal.

What we are looking for

Job Requirement: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 3 of experience in stakeholder management, project management, grant management related work. • An understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem • A deep understanding of both the sports sector and disability issues • Experience in competitive sport and/or coaching is advantageous • Strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking for diverse stakeholder management • Excellent oral and written communication • Adaptable, resilient, and committed to promoting inclusivity in sports
