What the role is
The Deputy Director (Corporate Services) will support the Director (Corporate Services) to provide strategic leadership and oversight of corporate services functions to enable organisational excellence and sustainable growth.
What you will be working on
The candidate will oversee facilities management, space planning, environmental sustainability, workplace safety and business continuity planning of URA’s buildings and facilities, as well as handling other office services such as office equipment, records management and other office administration matters.
You will provide technical advice, space planning, as well as management of building works/facilities, M&E systems, contractors and stakeholders. You will lead the planning and management of office fitting-out, renovation projects, systems/facilities upgrading or other ad-hoc works as and when required. Within the team, you will help to guide younger officers and implement initiatives and policies to enhance building facilities, environmental sustainability and smart technologies.
What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in management role
• Strong track record in corporate services leadership
• Strategic thinking and business acumen
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Change management and innovation mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
