What the role is

The Programme Experience Partner (PXP) is responsible for developing and implementing effective programme operations in CSC programmes. This role involves managing the end-to-end programme operations and processes, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful programme implementation and supporting internal business functions.

What you will be working on

• Partner programme teams to effectively implement learning programmes for participants o Perform programme administration and logistics functions including managing registrations and queries, catering and logistical arrangements, procurement and billing matters, administering and compiling programme evaluations o Work with internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of end-to-end processes in programme administration, logistics, and system support o Review and redesign processes to strengthen programme delivery and business operations • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and enhance key business operations for continuous improvement o Coordinate and manage rosters of key resource persons and speakers engaged across programmes o Manage and maintain department assets and records o Identify potential issues which may impact programme processes, and recommend appropriate solutions to support effective programme implementation o Develop guidelines to educate officers on programme-related processes • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties required by the institute, such as data compilation for analytics purpose, data housekeeping, organisation of meetings and department activities, etc.

What we are looking for

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills • Good project management skills and able to multi-task • Organised and meticulous • Able to work independently, as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at using learning tools/ applications • Interest and experience in programme operations and process improvement work would be advantageous
