Security Manager / Snr Security Manager, CSD

You will be part of PUB's Security team responsible for implementing and maintaining security measures across PUB installations. You will work with the security team in executing and monitoring security protection systems to guard against threats. Your main roles and responsibilities include: • Implement and monitor security protection systems for PUB's premises in accordance with established standards and procedures; • Support the review and enhancement of security protection systems to address emerging threats; • Assist in maintaining and operating security systems for detection of threats; • Coordinate crisis communications and support incident management during security situations; • Liaise with relevant agencies and stakeholders on security matters; • Manage and maintain security technologies including IT infrastructure, CCTVs, and VMS systems; • Supervise security providers and coordinate security operations. • Manage, review and maintain security service contracts.

• Degree in Engineering or related field • Relevant experience in protective security of assets/installations, preferably from a uniformed organisation, is an advantage • Good working knowledge of security systems (IT, CCTVs, VMS systems etc) • Experience in Crisis Communications and incident management • Understanding of security threats and security protocols • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Able to work independently and as part of a team effectively • Meticulous with good problem-solving skills Successful applicants will be contacted within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting
