• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis • Analyze user behavior, needs, and motivations to inform design decisions • Create user flows and interactive prototypes to support design concepts and user testing • Translate product/user requirements into effective screen designs that support a seamless user experience • Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI screens that effectively communicate interaction and visual design intentions. • Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements. • Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and team input. • Create and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices. • Present design concepts and rationale to team members and stakeholders

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Service Design or related fields • Submit a portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design capabilities Additional valuable skills include: • Basic front-end JavaScript development
