You play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and advisory for administrative and finance matters for Peace Vanguard Detachment Operations. You will be based overseas for this position.

- Handle administrative matters, such as temporary accommodation bookings, allowance administration and personnel in/out briefings - Maintain oversight of executive tasks - Handle financial responsibilities, such as claims processing, deployment arrangements, air tickets and accommodation booking, and funds budgeting Challenge(s) - Having strong knowledge on relevant manpower and finance guidelines and directives - Working well with multiple stakeholders

- Education in Human Resources, Finance or a related field is preferred - At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Meticulous attention to detail (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
