The Services Division (SVC) oversees a range of services designed to build and support families at different life stages. We believe that strong families form the core of a strong society. The Baby Bonus and Leave Branch administers the Baby Bonus Scheme and the Government-Paid Leave Schemes, which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial operations related to the Baby Bonus scheme. This role involves handling corporate account management, financial reconciliation, and strategic process improvements while working with various stakeholders.

What the role is
What you will be working on
• Manage Baby Bonus Corporate Account transactions, ensuring proper accounting, reconciliation, and documentation
• Manage and monitor funding disbursements, ensuring adequate funding levels
• Prepare financial reports to senior management
• Provide support for annual audits
• Identify and participate in automation initiatives and contribute to service transformation projects
• Serve as Approving Officer for operational matters, including Baby Bonus enrolment and other related tasks
What we are looking for
• Background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to details
• Excellent documentation and documentation abilities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with government financial procedures (preferred)
