What the role is
What you will be working on
You will support the Communications & Community Engagement Division in implementing effective communications plans, and information management.
Key areas of work include media monitoring, providing counsel and support for events (opening ceremonies, media visits etc), managing corporate databases, photo libraries and preparing management reports. You may also have opportunities to work on corporate visits, host media visits and support media stories on different platforms. Other duties include supporting production of corporate collaterals and other corporate communications & marketing functions.
What we are looking for
Areas of study: Mass Communications, Events Management, Marketing, Journalism, Business Management or other related fields.
Work or internship experience in event management, marketing communications, media monitoring, media relations support and database management.
Strong organising skills with an outstanding eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
