As part of the team driving the Ministry’s digital transformation, you’ll play a key role in shaping and implementing strategies, policies, and governance frameworks. Your work will help ensure technology investments support business goals while meeting governance and compliance requirements.

What you will be working on

Strategic Planning and Governance Develop and drive digitalisation initiatives, including: • Formulating strategies and roadmaps to guide the Ministry’s digital transformation • Designing governance frameworks for key areas such as data and AI • Engaging teams across the Ministry Family to build shared understanding, coordinating implementation, and tracking progress. Transformation and Adoption Translate business needs and drive adoption of digital solutions to transform work effectiveness and efficiency: • Identify and support smooth adoption of digital tools and practices • Drive change management and communication efforts to promote adoption of digital tools to raise awareness and secure buy-in • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources Building Digital Capability and Competency Enhance digital literary across the Ministry through targeted learning and development: • Identify skill gaps and design learning programmes • Curate relevant resources and facilitate learning sessions/workshops • Measure outcomes to ensure staff are equipped with relevant skills

What we are looking for

• Knowledge in organisation development, and process review; • Experience in IT product management and development, and digitalisation of work processes would be advantageous; • Strong analytical, critical thinking, writing skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders; • Good team player as well as an independent contributor that is agile, resilient, and collaborative.
