What the role is

You are responsible for curriculum design, development of training modules, and management of learning systems in a training institute (TI). This includes integrating pedagogy with technology and utilising simulation systems to enhance training effectiveness, efficiency and engagement.

What you will be working on

- Design and develop curriculum - Create training modules - Prepare instructional materials - Implement learning systems - Integrate technology in training - Manage simulation systems - Evaluate training performance - Innovate learning approaches - Coordinate with stakeholders Challenge(s) - Innovating with learning technology to improve the curriculum and training to achieve the desired training standards - Liaising with multiple agencies

What we are looking for

- Experience in data analysis or course development is preferred - Independent working ability - Multi-tasking capability - Proficiency in IT systems Appointment will be commensurate with your experience. (Applicants with no experience may apply.) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
