You are responsible for the development of engineering and maintenance policies for Building and Infrastructure Systems (BIS) to ensure availability and supportability of the BIS that support Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) systems, including firefighting, environmental control and others.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Develop engineering and maintenance policies and processes for BIS
- Support the technical evaluation of hazard risk analysis
- Participate in project Scope of Work (SOW) development to ensure high probability of engineering success
Challenge(s)
- Being competent to vet through DSTA-Building and Infrastructure (BI) submissions
- Ensuring compliancy with Singapore building statutory requirements
What we are looking for
- Education in Construction related field of Architecture, Civil or Structural Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical engineering, Construction or Project Management, Quantity Surveying or Building Science, Facilities or Estate Management is preferred
- At least 7 years of experience in building and infrastructure related areas
- At least two years of experience in developing, auditing or complying with Singapore Building Statutory requirements is preferred
- Experience in facilities management is advantageous.
