You assist to see through the necessary end-to-end executive processes to achieve prompt and effective support to Digital and Intelligence Service entities for sustenance requirements, and building and infrastructure (BI) related maintenance requirements.

- Manage and lead team of contractors and full-time national servicemen (NSFs) to accomplish the aims of the section - Drive the fulfilment of BI related maintenance requirements for DIS entities without dedicated logistics support - Proactively plan for and ensure the maintenance and good condition of BI - Drive the fulfilment of sustenance and transport requirements for DIS entities - Analyse centralised BI Maintenance Model Challenge(s) - Managing multiple stakeholders with different concerns and specialisations - Managing the maintenance of large number and different types of buildings and critical BI supporting systems that have their own respective maintenance requirements - Forward-planning and ensuring that clearances are timely in order to ensure that works will not be delayed - Adjusting scheduling with stakeholders to work around last minute operational injects and requirements on the ground

- Education in Engineering, BI, Logistics or a related field - At least 5 years of working experience in facility maintenance and management procedures, and resupply management procedures is preferred - Technical knowledge of BI systems, their operations and maintenance requirements - Resourcefulness and meticulous - Excellent communication skills to manage the diverse groups of stakeholders - Effective and independent Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
