What the role is
What you will be working on
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordination with all stakeholders on the design and equipping of the room
- Responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, developing planning proposals, evaluating proposals regarding calm room and storeroom works.
- Oversees the fitting out, commissioning and testing and taking over of calm room on completion of construction.
- Review design and architectural, structure, mechanical and electric plans to ensure adequate provisions for calm room are made for the construction.
- Oversees the appointment of consultants, and contractors including calling tenders and awards.
- Controls to ensure that all contract specifications and performance standards are achieved for calm room.
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
• Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management
• Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts
• Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal
• Passion and interest in sport.
