What the role is
What you will be working on
We are seeking an experienced individual who will be part of the dynamic team which will help to deliver the Road and Commuter Infrastructure Development (RCID) Group’s digitalisation initiatives. You will help to make the digital transformation strategy to modernise operations and enhance business efficiency through technology adoption a reality. The candidate will also need to have some technical knowledge in areas such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Virtual Reality (VR), Video Analytics (VA), Data Warehouse Development, Artificial Intelligence Tools and Prognostic Health Monitoring Tools, to guide and assist in the development of the initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
Chart RCID's overall digital strategy and transformation roadmap, including evaluating current systems, monitoring industry trends, and continually developing suitable frameworks to guide new digital initiatives and identify opportunities for digital enhancement
Manage multiple digitalisation projects from conception to implementation, working with different stakeholders and vendors to deliver the project successfully within budget, including the use of pilot trials and proofs of concept where necessary
Manage change management processes to ensure successful adoption of new digital solutions
Drive organisational change and capability building by mentoring staff and establishing agile practices
What we are looking for
Knowledge in Computer Science, IT, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in digital transformation with a proven track record of leading digitalisation projects
Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, automation tools, and enterprise systems; Professional certifications in RPA or project management would be advantageous (Eg. UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Advanced RPA Professional, Blue Prism Developer Certification etc)
Strong leadership qualities including stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate and influence effectively across all organisational levels
Knowledge of the civil construction domain knowledge will also be advantageous
