The Senior Manager (Mentoring and Data Management)’s primary roles are to:
1. support teams in the Office of Student Support by analysing student data to improve program effectiveness and enhance student outcomes. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that help shape strategies for student engagement, retention, and success
2. oversee the administration of the RP’s Mentoring Framework, which involves working with RP’s academic schools on the administration and coordination of the support RP students receive from their academic mentors, and the process through which they transit to internships and industry mentoring opportunities when they graduate.
