What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be part of the Organisational Transformation team within MOT’s Strategic Planning & Organisational Transformation Division. You will initiate, plan and implement organisational development and employee engagement programmes to enable MOT in achieving organisational excellence. The job will require you to:
a) Facilitate workplace transformation and build a positive climate for collaboration, learning and innovation.
b) Foster a caring and collaborative culture and establish strong organisational health through organisation-wide staff engagement initiatives and programmes to build trust, sustain effective teams, promote staff holistic well-being and inculcate a culture of appreciation and recognition.
c) Maintain oversight of MOT Family’s organisational and divisional health through periodic pulse/employee engagement surveys; and devise system-wide interventions to address gaps and weaknesses, in consultation with senior management.
d) Maintain effective employee communications to drive alignment, build trust and resonance, and to gain buy-in for organisational transformation initiatives among internal stakeholders.
What we are looking for
You should be a Singapore citizen with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in Organisational Development and Employee Engagement. You should be results-oriented, highly self-motivated, energetic and possess the ability to connect effectively with diverse stakeholders both at the individual and group level. You should also be a good team player, possessing excellent analytical, communications and organisational skills. Meticulous attention to details is necessary as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines.
Job holders would have the opportunity to work in different or multiple sections within the Division, taking into consideration the officers’ competencies and development needs, as well as the needs of the Division.

There are four statutory boards which are established by Acts of Parliament: the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC). The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
