Specific Experience and Competencies:
5-8 years of experience in HR, particularly in talent management and leadership development.
Basic appreciation of digital technologies is necessary, to enable the identification and development of digital competencies for the successors to the key ICT&SS leadership jobs. Higher levels of digital technologies know-how will be advantageous.
[Business Acumen] Demonstrate keenness and quickness in understanding the organisation’s as well as Government ICT&SS sector’s business context, drivers, opportunities, and risks. In doing so, develop and execute talent development strategies based on sound judgment and in alignment to the organisation’s as well as sector’s goals.
[Sense-making and Data Analytics] Possess the ability to make data-driven recommendations. This entails the ability to perform data analysis using appropriate tools and techniques to obtain and present insights.
[Communications and Engagement] Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills to engage a wide spectrum of external and internal stakeholders, including multi-agency and inter-departmental teams.
