What you will be working on
Responsibilities
• Harness technologies such as GIS, Modelling & Simulation, automation tools to improve operational and planning intelligence and response
• Drive digital transformation by developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance planning and operational efficiency, working closely with senior management to align initiatives with PUB's strategic objectives
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems, ensuring successful outcomes through effective project management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement
• Establish and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Government ICT policies, security standards, and risk management protocols
• Foster strong partnerships with operational and planning stakeholders to facilitate smooth system implementations and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with PUB's digital strategy
What we are looking for
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or engineering degree
• Minimum 4 years of ICT experience with demonstrated project delivery success
• Proven track record in enterprise system implementation and vendor management
Preferred Requirements
• 5-7 years of ICT work experience, including at least 3 years in the delivery of enterprise level solution and management of project teams
• Hands-on experience to deliver solutions based on GIS and Modelling & Simulation
• Practical experience in Agile methodology and Cloud-based solution delivery
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Professional certifications such as CITPM, PMP, or Agile certifications
