• Direct shift staff in monitoring and coordinating the optimal operation of the liquid treatment processes.
• Take charge of the whole Plant after office hours.
• Analyse historian trends to evaluate the cause of operational deviations.
• Develop plans to optimise processes so that they can be more efficient and reliable.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) strategies for process operations.
• Manage incident reporting and process abnormalities.
• Record major events that occurred during the shift duty in the handing over book.
• Work closely with maintenance team to ensure equipment are serviced in accordance to the desired timeline.
