We are seeking a talented communications professional to join our dynamic team at the Communications, Engagement and Partnerships Department in ACE Group, MOM. The mission of ACE Group is to protect migrant workers’ employment rights, provide them access to basic healthcare, improve their housing and recreational environment and foster greater acceptance by the community, in partnership with stakeholders. We anticipate, prepare for, and respond swiftly to contingencies involving migrant workers.

What the role is
What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of comms professionals in the following areas:
A) Strategic Communications
• Develop and execute comms strategies aligned with MOM/ACE Group's objectives and the national agenda
• Create compelling narratives and messages for audiences such as migrant workers, employers, NGOs, dormitory operators and trade associations
• Conduct sentiment analysis to optimise message effectiveness
• Build and maintain a story bank of media opportunities
• Handle crisis communications planning and spokesperson preparation
• Manage curriculum development for migrant domestic worker Settling-In Programme and Employers’ Orientation Programme, and associated matters
B) Digital Media & Content Creation:
• Develop digital-first marketing communications campaigns
• Conceptualise and produce user-centric content across various platforms
• Leverage innovative approaches, including AI, for content generation and translation
• Manage and optimise ACE-owned and paid comms channels
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics
• Oversee vendor relationships for campaign execution
What we are looking for
• 8 – 12 years of relevant experience in a communications role, such as media relations, strategic communications, digital marketing, content creation and crisis communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing comms teams and projects, including budgeting and vendor management
