Candidates should hold a relevant degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, have at least three years of industry experience, and possess expertise in areas such as mechanical design with CAD software, CAD/CAM applications, CAM programming and machining for milling or turning, toolroom techniques including CNC EDM and Wirecut, high-speed machining, or CNC multi-tasking.

What the role is
What you will be working on
- Design, develop, and deliver curriculum for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) in areas such as Mechanical Design, CAD/CAM, CNC Programming and Machining, including CNC EDM and Wirecut processes.
- Guide and mentor learners through academic, project, and career development, including supervision of student projects.
- Undertake academic-related responsibilities such as lesson planning, assessment, project supervision, and student engagement.
- Support School’s administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
What we are looking for
- Relevant degree qualifications in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant industry experience in the Manufacturing or Precision Engineering sector.
- Candidate should possess relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Mechanical Design using CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX)
- CAD/CAM applications (e.g., Siemens NX / Unigraphics)
- CAM Programming and Machining for 3-axis / 5-axis Milling or Turning
- Toolroom machining techniques including CNC EDM and Wirecut
- CNC High-Speed Machining
- CNC Multi-tasking (Turn/Mill)
Preferably:
- Experience in the application of IoT in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with AI-based solutions and their implementation within engineering or manufacturing contexts.
- Good to have knowledge of additive manufacturing processes, materials, and post-processing methods.
