Assistant Executive/Senior Assistant Executive, Registry (Digitalisation)

Executive, Registry (Digitalisation) primarily manages the digitalisation of physical records in CNB, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and security of digital records in accordance with IM4L and CNB’s Record Management Policy.

• Assist in the end-to-end digitalisation process of converting CNB’s physical records into digital formats • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, review and organise physical records for digitalisation • Serve as the liaison between CNB and digitalisation vendor to coordinate and manage the movement of physical records for digitalisation • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual scope of works and deliverables • Review and perform post digitalisation quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the digitalised records • Ensure complete uploading of digitalised records into appropriate digital storage system • Coordinate and manage the disposal of physical records • Any other task assigned by Head Registry in conjunction with CNB’s record digitalisation efforts

• Experience in records management and/or digital archiving • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of records • Some level of system thinking and organising skills to perform the scope of work effectively • High level of professional integrity, as the role may involve handling classified documents This is a 2-years contract position.
