The incumbent supports the implementation of Active Health’s marketing, communications and engagement initiatives. Role and Responsibilities • To support marketing, communications, public education campaigns and engagement initiatives. • To support the implementation of content plans by coordinating production timelines, producing materials, and assisting in the deployment of content across platforms. • To support the execution of stakeholder engagement activities by coordinating meeting logistics, producing materials, and ensure timely follow-up with community partners. • To support the administrative and logistical aspects of onboarding working adults from public agencies and corporates into Active Health programmes.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 5 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas, e.g. developing and managing marketing campaigns for national level initiatives • Experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams • Digital fluency and expertise in creating and managing social media platforms • Possess the aptitude and attitude to engage with the general public as well as SportSG and Active Health stakeholders • Adaptable to fast-moving pace of campaign and engagement approaches • Excellent communication skills and possess a keen eye for details • Self-motivated and takes initiative to work independently, multi-task and participate as an effective team member • Comfortable with handling numbers for reporting • Commitment to professional and personal growth and challenges • High level of professionalism and integrity • Love and enjoy sports and adopt health-promoting habits The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year / Fixed Term contract in the first instance. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
