The Executive (Data Management) position in Singapore Prison Service (SPS)'s Strategic Planning Division is a specialised role focused on supporting the organisation's data transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for providing expertise in data engineering, architecture, and governance to establish comprehensive data mapping and management frameworks across SPS systems. The role encompasses two major areas of responsibility. First, data mapping, which involves coordinating with stakeholders across SPS divisions to inventorise all data sources, identify gaps and redundancies, and develop a comprehensive SPS Data Catalogue. Second, data quality control and maintenance, which includes establishing data quality metrics, validation rules, and monitoring mechanisms, as well as developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data management that align with SPS's governance standards.

- Degree or relevant qualifications in the discipline of data engineering or related fields (e.g., computer science, information technology) - Relevant work experience in data mapping and management work
