What the role is
What you will be working on
• Design and deliver engaging learning programmes focused on social and economic policy, policy tools, and policy development methodologies
• Collaborate with researchers to translate research findings and policy insights into practical learning materials and programmes
• Develop comprehensive learning solutions including programmes and digital learning content that address emerging policy challenges
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across government agencies to ensure learning solutions meet their needs
• Create and curate content for milestone programmes and specialised courses in social and economic policies, policy tools and foundational policy competencies
• Support the facilitation of learning programmes and policy discussions
What we are looking for
• Degree in relevant fields such as Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education, or related disciplines
• At least 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, policy work, or research
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and innovative learning methodologies
• Excellent analytical and synthesising abilities to translate complex policy concepts into accessible learning content
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in curriculum design and development would be advantageous
