What the role is

You manage the implementation of digital learning transformation within MINDEF and the SAF through the incorporation of educational technology. Your focus will primarily be on digitalising processes and re-designing learning touchpoints to transform learning at the individual, team and organisation levels for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS).

What you will be working on

- Identify and determine the training requirements at different levels - Devise plans to transform training processes and learning workflows - Work with various stakeholders on the implementation and enhancements of the Next Generation Learning System (NGLS) for MINDEF and SAF - Seek and embrace learning opportunities for personal and professional growth within and beyond your work domain Challenge(s) - Achieving process change under time constraints - Securing buy-in from stakeholders - Mitigating differing perspectives between various stakeholders - Adhering to MINDEF/SAF’s strong emphasis on cybersecurity requirements - Integrating into a high-achieving and dynamic team

What we are looking for

- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in learning science and pedagogy is preferred - Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office - Driven and results-oriented, with the initiative and ownership to manage the digitalisation efforts - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Excellent interpersonal and time management skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
